The Forge turns raw crafting materials into gear. Shadowrealm has 65 recipes, one for every gear piece across the five FORGEABLE rarities, common through mythic, plus the two-handed weapon variants. There is deliberately no divine recipe: divine gear is not crafted at all, it is transformed from a mythic piece you already own (see the Gear Catalog page). Each recipe lists two or three materials and an exact quantity of each; rarer gear demands rarer, harder-to-farm materials, and is gated behind the matching character rank, so a legendary recipe is out of reach until you can actually wear what it produces. Materials are not the whole cost, either: the Forge also charges a mandatory gold fee on top of them, scaling by the rarity being forged, from 1,050 gold at common up to 52,500 gold at mythic. Those fee figures, like every gold price on this page, are baseline: the same server-wide inflation multiplier described on the Crafting Materials page scales them up over time.
