Roadmap

What is coming next to the realm, and roughly when.

How this roadmap works

Everything below is work that has not shipped yet. Each entry carries a rough time horizon rather than a date, because a one-person project cannot honestly promise a day, and a horizon that slips is more useful than a deadline that quietly moves.

Players shape what is on this list. Anything you can suggest in game can end up here, and logged-in players can vote on the entries they want next, which is a large part of how the order gets decided. Work that has already shipped moves off this page and onto the release notes, so what you are reading is the future of the realm rather than its history.

Items are one of three kinds. A feature is something new to play with. A bug is something already in the game that does not behave the way it is described. A balance change adjusts numbers that already work but are not pulling their weight: drop rates, costs, odds, reward curves. Balance work rarely makes a good headline and is usually what most improves a week of ordinary play.

How to read the horizons

The groups below are estimates of effort and priority, not commitments. "This week" means the work is small, understood, and near the front of the queue. "Within two weeks" and "This month" usually mean it is larger, or that it depends on something else shipping first. "Incoming months" is honest about being further out: the intention is real, the shape may still change, and anything there may be reordered by what players ask for in the meantime.

An item that overruns its horizon is not dropped. It stays on this list, and it stays in the group it was given, which is why some entries here look overdue rather than quietly reclassified into a later bucket.

Planned

Agreed and queued, grouped by how soon they are expected. Nothing here has been started yet, and the order within a group is not fixed.
