Refund & Dispute Policy

All Shadowgem purchases are for immediately-delivered digital virtual currency. Once Shadowgems are credited to your account, the purchase is final and no refund is issued, except where required by applicable law (e.g., EU consumer rights legislation). If you believe a charge was made in error or without your authorisation, contact us at mauricemoret1991@gmail.com and we will review your case promptly. If we are unable to resolve the issue, you may contact your bank or card issuer to initiate a dispute.

Cancellation Policy

Shadowgem packages are one-time purchases with no recurring billing. There is no subscription to cancel. If you no longer wish to play, you may stop using the game at any time; no further charges will occur.

Terms of Sale

• Purchases are processed securely through Stripe. Mortek does not store payment card details.
• Shadowgems have no cash value and cannot be transferred, sold, or redeemed for real money.
• Mortek reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate the game’s Terms of Service. No refund is issued for terminated accounts where the termination results from rule violations.
• Gem Shop items are virtual goods delivered digitally. Descriptions and effects are accurate at time of purchase; Mortek may adjust game balance over time in the interest of fair gameplay.

Minimum Age

You must be 18 or older to make purchases. By completing a purchase you confirm you are 18 or over, or have obtained the consent of a parent or guardian. Mortek reserves the right to reverse purchases made by verified minors.
